It is located in Parvati Valley along with Parvati River in the Kullu District. Manikaran is a religious place for Sikhs as well as Hindus and there is a story behind it. There is a natural hot sprinkler in the temple with a temperature of 100 degrees. The food and tea for the ‘langar’ (Langar is a ritual that is going on in Gurudwaras from the very starting in which they feed people without any greed or false mindset and it is also referred to as ‘Guru Sewa’) is also made using this hot water as a religious food or ‘Prasad’.
